Setup fees for this service are
$1,925.00 plus a one-time $35.00 per user configuration charge. Each
deployment is configured using a dedicated front-end server
solution with shared back-end SQL Server database. Dedicated SQL
Server solutions are available.
MS Exchange Server
Support
A subscription to EPI's
Microsoft Exchange Server
hosting service is recommended if you wish to integrate email
services with your deployment. Add
$199.00 per month for MS Exchange Server interface support plus
applicable MS Exchange Server mailbox licensing fees. A one-time $450.00 service fee
applies for configuration of this special CRM/Exchange Server
integration option.
VPN services charges apply for CRM Outlook
integration.

Your service include EPI Service
Monitoring. Monitoring checks your primary (Internet
facing) servers and service connections every five minutes, 24 hours a day to verify
that your servers are operational, triggering an immediate alert
to EPI technicians in the event of a problem.
