Office Desktop Packages are perfect for individuals or groups
requiring low cost remote desktop support for selected Microsoft
Office programs.These packages operate using servers specifically
configured for to support only the packages listed below. EPI licensing does not permit these
packages to be combined with other third party products. In other
words, you cannot combine these hosting programs with custom
programs that you may own and wish to have hosted. If you
require support for custom or third party programs, you must
subscribe to one of our standard application hosting packages for Microsoft
Terminal Services. Four Microsoft Office Terminal Services
Hosting Programs are available (see below). Each subscription
includes 100MB of private "My Documents" storage. |
All prices are quoted on a one-year service term contract. A one-time setup fee of $40.00, plus $25.00 per
subscriber applies. Clients needing to
share information between two or more subscribers should add $15.00 per
month which provides 250MB of shared (group) storage. Volume discounts and short

Monitoring
Your service include EPI Service
Monitoring. Monitoring checks your primary (Internet
facing) servers and service connections every five minutes, 24 hours a day to verify
that your servers are operational, triggering an immediate alert
to EPI technicians in the event of a problem.
