Payment Options

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in US dollars.

EPI allows you to pay for your hosting services using any of the following options:

• Credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express)
• Personal or Corporate Check
• Money Order
• International Bank Transfer

Outside of the United States and Canada, payment must be made either by credit card or by a check payable in US dollars and drawn on a New York City bank. If you are paying initial setup fees by personal or corporate check and your check is certified we will activate your account immediately upon receipt of payment. If your check is not certified we will delay activation until your check has been cleared by our bank. An administrative service charge of $50.00 applies for declined credit card charges, returned or NSF checks.

EPI reserves the right to suspend services to clients with overdue accounts.

Corporate Purchase Orders

Corporate Purchase Orders are accepted for annual payment programs only. Upon approval, we will activate your account and invoice you for twelve months service fees, plus any setup or activation fees that may apply. Authorization for payment of setup or activation fees must be included in your purchase order.

Quarterly and Annual Invoicing

Client may request monthly or annual invoicing.

Interest on overdue accounts is 2% per month.

Domain Name Registration, VeriSign Certificate Purchases, etc.

If you require domain name registration, VeriSign certificates or other third party services and you have requested EPI to obtain these products or services on your behalf then you must supply EPI with appropriate credit card information for processing of third party charges.

Monthly Traffic Quota

Network traffic is the total amount of all inbound and outbound external Internet IP traffic generated by your service. Internal network traffic between two or more EPI hosted services is provided at no charge. For web sites and FTP sites, this is the total amount of traffic as recorded in computer generated network traffic logs. For other services, this is the total network traffic as recorded by EPI's network switch's, firewall's or gateway services.

If your service includes a network allowance and your service has exceeded the amount of network traffic permitted by your service then EPI will periodically bill you for excess network traffic use. If your regular payments are made by credit card, these fees are charged to your credit card. EPI may, at its discretion, determine an average monthly fee associated with your additional usage charges and require you to provide a security deposit covering excess usage fees.

Unused traffic allowances may not be carried forward from month to month.

Technical Support Services

Unless otherwise noted, all hosted services include EPI Level 1 Technical Support.
