Some service rental plans place a limit on the amount of external Internet network traffic that your service is permitted to consume each calendar month before additional charges apply. If the actual amount of Internet traffic you consume exceeds your monthly network traffic allowance then an additional charge will appear on your next invoice.

Pre-Purchasing Internet Traffic Allotments

If you wish you many increase your service subscription contract to include an increased Internet Network Traffic Allowance. Pricing for pre-purchased blocks of Internet traffic is as follows:

Prices are quoted for clients with existing minimum one year service term agreements. The fees quoted represent the monthly service fee EPI will invoice to your account for the Monthly Allowance Increase you select.

Tiered Bandwidth

As an alternative, if you are renting or co-hosting a managed or unmanaged dedicated server you may choose to pre-purchase a specific tiered bandwidth allowance. Tiered bandwidth allowance program allow unlimited traffic with bandwidth service fees calculated based on your service bandwidth minimum commitment. For pricing and information, click here.

Excess Use Service Charges

Excess Internet Network traffic is invoiced at the rate of $2.99 per GB. EPI recommends that clients pre-purchase sufficient Internet network traffic to meet your requirements.
