site. For a fixed fee we regularly review your web site
content, suggest changes and

with web sites that need regular administration services, such as
maintaining secure accounts or managing resources, we offer
customizable administration services.
Questions and
Answers
How long does it take to get a web site developed
and delivered? Small to medium
size sites, such as those available through our
Entry Level and Small Business web site
development services usually deliver in one to three weeks.
Clients requiring quick delivery may request priority service. With
priority services, we
have delivered web sites for clients in as
little as 2 business days. For larger sites, or
sites requiring custom programming or significant resources, the
length of time is usually longer. Estimates for such sites are quoted
on a case by case basis. Is there a
security deposit required for web site development services?
We do not charge for your initial evaluation. For
our Entry Level and Small
Business web site development services we will help you choose a
design template. Once this is selected, a 50% deposit is required
before actual web site development work begins. The remaining balance
is due upon completion.
For larger sites, a security deposit is required
and progress payments are required.
What work am I expected to do? For
our Entry Level and Small
Business web site development services you are required to
finalize the choice of 'design template' and are responsible for
supplying written materials, corporate literature, logos or other
artwork required for you site. Images are created (scanned) using
pictures or artwork that you supply. If image touch-up is required,
and you approve this requirement, this is charged separately.
During development a 'work in progress' version of
your web site is created and published at a designated location
on the Internet. Periodically we will ask to you review this material
and provide us with feedback and direction. Upon completion we will
ask you to 'sign-off' on the work we have done. When this is completed
and final payment is received we will publish your site.
Work on custom sites is similar, but frequently
requires more communication. Large or complex sites requiring custom
programs may require on-site meetings with consultants.
Additional 'sign-off' milestones are often associated with larger,
more complex sites. Where is your
work performed? Normally
development work is either performed at our offices or
at the location of an EPI associate who has been assigned your web
