Add $21.95 per month for each additional user license, plus a one-time $20.00 per user setup fee.

Prices are based on a one-year service term contract. A one-time setup fee of $1,695.00 applies for this service. Setup fee financing is available.

Standard configurations deploy on servers designed to support up to 24 end-user accounts. Custom quotes are available for services designed to support 25 or more user accounts and for services designed to support 50 or more user accounts. The maximum number of end-user accounts supported by EPI deployments of Microsoft Small Business Server is 74.

Blackberry Enterprise Server

Many of our Small Business Server clients add licensing for Research In Motion's Blackberry Enterprise Server to their deployments.

Microsoft Terminal Services

Terminal Services adds the option to connect to a separate service that runs Microsoft or other third party applications using Microsoft's Remote Desktop Protocol. Using this option allows clients to access vital business applications at any time from any location.

Third Party Software Support

Many of our Small Business Server deployments are performed either on-behalf of clients who wish to deploy a managed solution that supports a third party software product, or on behalf of the software vendor themselves.

24x7 Technical Support

Your service includes free EPI Level 1 Technical Support. This service provides you with unlimited technical support during the first 14 days of your deployment and up to 30 minutes of free technical support per month thereafter. If you think you'll need more, you can increase your support allowance for a small monthly fee. Microsoft Exchange Hosted Filtering

Your service includes a free subscription to Microsoft Exchange Hosted Filtering.

Exchange Hosted Filtering incorporates multiple filters to actively help protect your businesses’ inbound and outbound e-mail from spam, viruses, phishing scams and e-mail policy violations. For additional information about Microsoft Exchange Hosted Filtering, click here.

Nightly Backup

For standard deployments, monthly fees include a 10 day, cumulative 500GB backup allowance. This increases to a 750GB backup allowance for services designed to support 25 or more user accounts and 1,000GB (1 terabyte) for services designed to support 50 or more user accounts.

Service Monitoring

Your service include EPI Service Monitoring. Monitoring checks your primary (Internet facing) servers and service connections every five minutes, 24 hours a day to verify that your servers are operational, triggering an immediate alert to EPI technicians in the event of a problem.
